Our repertoire is as diverse as our audiences. We perform Reggae, Soca, Calypso, Jazz, Latin, Pop, Classical, Gospel-inspired “Gospelypso,” African rhythms, and more—always tailored to your event.

How long have you been performing?

Gratitude Steel Band was founded in 1988, and for more than 35 years we’ve been creating joyful, uplifting performances that connect people through music.

Have you worked with any notable artists?

Yes—we’ve had the honor of performing alongside legends like Stevie Wonder, Aretha Franklin, Tito Puente Sr., and Othello Molineaux, and have played at respected institutions like Columbia, NIU, Wayne State, and Berklee.

Yes! Education is a big part of who we are. We offer music workshops and community programs rooted in cultural respect, designed for schools, youth groups, and all ages.
